Lisa Monroe
Lisa Monroe, who the Kenyan locals call Cece, serves at an organization called Valley Light Home, ministering to orphaned and vulnerable children in western Kenya. Valley Light home is a Christ-centered, family style orphanage.
Cece serves as their communications coordinator, connecting with supporters and volunteers, and ensuring that quality of care at the home is always maintained. Living at the Home allows for a consistent presence in the lives of the children, staff and community.
Cece has been going back and forth serving in Kenya since 2007 and is excited to see God opening the door for full time service at Valley Light Home.
