Rodney and Faith are developing a ministry based on providing respite to missionaries and Christian workers. Faith is keen on Women's Ministries and Life Coaching which she hopes people who come to stay will take advantage of. Rodney is hugely involved in physically getting the property that houses the ministry up and running. Rodney is also working with an unreached sub-population in Kenya through friendship-based ministry.

Rodney and Faith are both MKs (Missionary Kids) and spent time growing up in Africa. Rodney was in West Africa until 1st grade with his parents who served under SIM doing church planting. Faith grew up in Ethiopia where her parents were SIM missionaries.

Prior to serving with CTEN, Rodney and Faith spent 15 years working with a boarding school that focuses on supporting the spread of the church in Africa by providing access to high-quality education for the children of missionaries. During that time they served in a variety of roles including dorm parents, teachers, school purchasers, maintenance, librarian, part of the women’s chaplaincy team, coaches, and many other miscellaneous roles. Rodney also has an extensive background in construction and maintenance.

They have four children; Moira, Kelly, Ethan, and Reece.
