Matthew and Tiffany Price
Matt and Tiffany are aiming to leave in fall, 2018 to work with an Acts 29 church plant in Brisbane, Australia. Matt will serve as a co-pastor, helping with preaching and teaching; leading small groups and helping develop ministries and leaders to reach out into the community. Matt and Tiffany had the privilege of working in Manchester; England for 2 years while Matt was an intern with Acts 29 Europe. They both were able to work with internationals in several different capacities during their time in the UK. Upon returning to the US, they were able to have some time learning what life and ministry in a church plant is like.
Shortly after their return to the US, they sensed God leading them to focus on ministry overseas. As they prayed and searched for opportunities, an opportunity opened up with a past co-worker in the UK who was in the process of an Acts 29 Australia assessment designed to direct their return to Australia, his home country.
With an opportunity that moves them to maintain a global kingdom perspective and impact, the Prices are excited to minister cross-culturally and make a difference in an unfamiliar cultural setting.
The church plant will partner with Disciples Church Springfield as we look to continue the work of reaching people in SW Brisbane and beyond.
