Jack and Vasti Rose
Jack and Vasti work in mobilizing Latinos through a school focused on church planting in another culture through practical experience in villages near Oaxaca, Mexico.
Jack, from Ohio and Vasti from Oaxaca, Mexico began a life of ministry together in Nashville, TN with YWAM in September of 1997. The school gave both of them more of a heart for the lost. Until 2005, they were involved in missions stateside in the USA, as part of a church plant team in India and working with the Adopt-A-People program. In July 2005, they moved to Oaxaca, Mexico to fulfill their vision to mobilize Latinos through training, equipping, caring, and sending to work in the harvest fields of Oaxaca, Mexico and the 10/40 Window reaching the unreached peoples with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Jack and Vasti, along with their children, have a cell group in their home on Thursday nights focused on missions. For the nationals, it is an entryway into missions. This is a time of studying missions, praying strategically for people groups, overview of other world religions, studying cultures, and learning from field workers.
Jack and Vasti work in mobilizing Latinos through a school focused on church planting in another culture through practical experience in villages near Oaxaca. Jack helps work with the logistics and Vasti with personal care through counseling and encouraging. Together, Jack and Vasti are working to fulfill their call to mobilize long-term Latino missionaries into their field of service.
