Julia Arreaga

As a dedicated advocate for vulnerable populations, Julia has spent over a decade serving those in need. Since 2010, her mission has been to empower teens in children's homes and foster care, equipping them with the skills necessary for successful transitions into independent living. Through training and mentorship, she's had the privilege of reaching hundreds of individuals, fostering resilience and hope in their lives.

In addition to her work with teens, Julia is deeply committed to advocating for families and children within the system. Whether it's reuniting children with their biological families or finding loving foster homes, she strives to create more opportunities for stability and support.

In 2022, Julia co-founded Oaks of Righteousness, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting foster and adoptive families in Guatemala. Through initiatives like the "foster closet," they've been able to provide essential resources and connect families with the support they need to thrive.

Throughout the pandemic, Julia remained steadfast in her commitment to serving others, hosting support groups for foster and adoptive families in Latin America. Now, as we emerge from these challenging times, Julia is eager to continue working, empowering vulnerable populations and creating pathways to success.
