Wes and Amy Ely
Wesley and Amy are serving in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. They will partner with Ben and Susie Argil and Brilla Life Ministries. The Ely’s have been invited to work alongside Ben and Susie by providing administrative support, recruiting, and organizing volunteer mission teams, increasing social media presence, and assisting with facility maintenance. Brilla Life ministers to the people of the area through a pregnancy center and clinic, English classes, music lessons, teaching practical skills, and providing Bible teaching.
Married in 1985, Wesley and Amy have twin adult daughters, both residing in Texas, and will be joined in ministry by Amy’s mother Jean Livengood. The Ely’s both have been self-employed since 2007 and have accumulated administrative and networking skills including Wesley’s management experience and handyman abilities and Amy’s social work, teaching, and real estate business expertise. Their goal is to support and increase the ministry through service to the less privileged areas of the city and local villages. San Miguel de Allende is located in the El Bajio, central highlands region of the Mexican state of Guanajuato.
