Roger and Marcy Oliver
Roger and Marcy serve in Puebla, Mexico, their home for 12 years. Roger served as the director of Puebla Bible Seminary for 8 years before turning over the helm to his Timothy, Luis Trujillo at the school’s graduation ceremony, June 2, 2012. Roger will still teach courses at the diploma, bachelors and masters levels and teaches at conferences around Mexico and Latin America. Roger hopes to write more, in English and Spanish, to publish on the Internet. Roger and Marcy are trained Christian conflict mediators. Peacemaking is much in demand as a conference theme. In the last few years they have found themselves increasingly involved in counseling. Roger and Marcy are also involved in the growing homeschool movement in Mexico. Since stepping down from the seminary directorship, Roger and Marcy spend most of their time at the home school co-op in the seminary. They are also leaders in their church, Familia de Paz, and lead a Bible storying small group in their home. They love to host visitors in their home with a great view of the mountains.
