Roger and Elsa Sieber
Roger arrived in Bogotá, Colombia in 1993 to teach Physical Education at El Camino Academy (ECA), a missionary kid’s school, with the vision to build a ministry to the disabled in Colombia, SA. In January of 2006 Roger and Elsa, now married with two children, Emanuel and Daniel, embarked on the holistic ministry to the disabled of Colombia by holding Bible studies and discipleship as well as serving them in caring for their physical needs as well as social needs. The goal of our ministry has been to Bring the Hope of Christ to the disabled of Colombia, showing them Christ’s unconditional love to those rejected by family and society as well as having been labeled by many as worthless. John 9:1-5 has been our Biblical basis for showing the people they are worthy in God’s eyes. Another goal is to teach society that people with disabilities are still worthy and useful in God’s eyes.
We have formed a foundation for the disabled of Colombia, Foundacion Internacional Edificando Sobre la ROCA (Building on the ROCK). We are still building a solid base prayerfully and financially if you feel led please join us in both of these areas.
