Jaci Grooters
Jaci serves as the Missionary Kid (MK) Pastoral Care ministering to the children of our missionaries. This involves running a program for the children at orientation, education of the MK life, and helping with the transition off the field, especially to university.
Prior to joining pastoral care, Jaci was a full-time missionary in Costa Rica since 2015. In Costa Rica, Jaci served at the AMCA International Youth Group (IYG). The AMCA IYG served third culture kids (TCKs, children growing up outside of their passport country) and MKs. This is where Jaci gained on-field experience of what life for an MK is like and some of the challenges they may face.
