Lisa Monroe
Lisa Monroe, better known in Kenya as Cece, has been faithfully serving with Valley Light Projects for almost 15 years. Once a children’s home, Valley Light has now grown into a vibrant hub for community and children’s outreach.
Cece is actively involved in this new phase of ministry, while also raising three children from VLP and assisting at Pisgah Heights School.
