Randy and Shirley Haglund
Randy and Shirley believe they have been Blessed to be a Blessing through the opportunities they have been given to Live Beyond themselves. After over 45 years in the marketplace in various roles, including traveling to over 20 countries on 5 continents, the Father has been calling them to use their gifts, talents, and experiences to extend His Kingdom to more least reached people groups. They will work alongside local workers and like-minded organizations planting churches where there are none as well as record and share stories of what the Father is doing in a variety of regions from Africa to Eurasia and Beyond. Through still images and recorded video, from digital to print media, they will be assisting in the planning, development, and production of a variety of content to share stories of God’s transformation that is at work through various organization and outreaches. They will also use their expertise gained over the years to serve churches in facilitating, assisting with logistics and/or leading teams on Short Term Outreaches.
Randy and Shirley were married in 1981. They have 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren.
A quote by Peter Marshall Sr. has been a challenge and encouragement to Randy in this season: “The tap on the shoulder is the almighty power of God acting without help or hindrance upon an elect fallen sinner, so as to produce a new creature, and to lead him into the particular work which God has for him”.
