E serves in Asia as a volunteer with an organization that believes all children deserve to be in a loving family. They work to strengthen families or provide children with foster/adoptive parents, if necessary. After spending 1.5 years in SE Asia working with women exiting sex-worker, she saw a great need to fight trafficking at the root causes, so she switched to family preservation, preventing the most vulnerable from ending up in human trafficking or institutions.

She also teaches Inductive Bible Study to local believers and expats. The goal is to train the body of Christ to know how to read and study God’s word for themselves. To stand firm on Truth and not be swayed by false-teaching or syncretism. And, to make disciples.
Her journey started at four when her parents were missionaries to South and Central America. As an adult she also served in Australia with shorter-term development work in East Timor and Papua New Guinea, writing her first (but not last) book.
