Jessica Meeks
Jessica began serving in Northern Ireland in 2020 as an au pair to a missionary family. Over the next year and a half, she fell in love with her missionary family, the people of Northern Ireland, and the work that God is doing there. Before she left she began planning to return.
Now Jessica is serving alongside her missionary family at Exodus, a youth discipleship ministry in Belfast. Exodus seeks to reach, connect with, and equip young people to become life-long disciple-makers by engaging with churches, schools, and young people in the local community.
Jessica will be serving as the Belfast outreach associate during her time in Northern Ireland. A huge part of her ministry will be going into local schools to present Exodus’s leadership programs, speaking at assemblies, meeting young people, and will work to build bridges between the Catholic and Protestant communities. She will partner with a team of youth in Belfast throughout the year and then lead them in a two-week summer service placement. Jessica will also help disciple young people by planning outreach events, hosting bible studies, and interacting with youth in Northern Ireland.
She is excited about her return to Northern Ireland and can’t wait to see what God is going to do through her ministry there.
