Kenneth and Nikki Snipes
Kenneth and Nikki Snipes are currently serving as pastoral care for the children of CTEN missionaries. They have been married since 2012 and have two children, Jack and Mary. Their work is rooted in a deep calling to serve the Lord by caring for those on the front lines of missions. They are passionate about helping missionaries arrive well and stay well, offering practical, logistical, and spiritual support so families can thrive in their calling.
Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies with a minor in sociology and concentrations in psychology and human aging and development. Her studies focused on missionary kids and third culture kids (TCKs), equipping her to support their emotional, developmental, and spiritual needs.
Kenneth works closely with middle school, high school, and college-aged young men, offering mentorship, discipleship, and guidance during key stages of life. He also provides logistical support and financial coaching to missionary families, helping them navigate the practical challenges of life on the field.
They are honored to walk alongside missionaries and their children, creating spaces of care, connection, and support so they can continue faithfully in the work God has called them to do.
