John and Anne Vandenhaak
John and Anne Vandenhaak, Serving in Baja California, Mexico
John and Anne Vandenhaak have served and lived in Ensenada, Mexico, since September 2011.
The family has worked on building an orphanage for disabled children during the winter months for three consecutive winters. It was during this time that God led them to Mexico for full-time ministry, being privileged to serve the Mexican people as the hands and feet of Jesus.
John serves in the building ministry with Calvary Bible Institute (CBI) and various other ministries. The college provides Mexican nationals the opportunity to be equipped to serve God in all walks of life. Many of our graduates serve as pastors, teachers, and evangelists. The college is bilingual and is open to students from around the world.
Anne serves with many different ministries, providing aid and assisting with the spreading of the gospel. She leads two bible studies for women and works in the leadership of a third. She works in village outreaches, feeding programs, teaching, and in the women’s ministry in the church in La Mission.
Like all CTEN missionaries, they are faith-based volunteers. John and Anne do not receive a salary for their work. They rely on God working through the churches and individuals to support them as they spread the gospel in this part of the world.
Please prayerfully consider joining their prayer and financial team.
Without the support from people like that, they would not be able to be the hands and feet of Jesus in this beautiful country and the people of Mexico.
Donations are solicited with the understanding that CTENC maintains discretion and control over the use of all donated funds. You are not giving directly to the designated missionary, but are stating your preference for the CTENC ministry you wish to support. Our policy is to honor the donor’s request whenever possible.
