Alan and Raquel De Young

Serving primarily from Parnamirim, Brazil, Alan and Raquel have united their distinct callings into a global ministry spanning multiple countries. Raquel previously established a local project to disciple disadvantaged children through education and mentorship, while Alan has focused on training pastors in Papua New Guinea. As they look to the future—and pending visa approvals—they also anticipate encouraging churches across the United States for some time, remaining open to wherever else the Lord leads. They believe that helping just one child see Jesus, or equipping one pastor to preach more biblically, transforms the world for God's glory!
They married in December of 2024, forming a fun, faith-filled family. Raquel had previously adopted four children in 2020 as a single woman, and following their marriage, Alan joyfully adopted them as his own. Together, they embrace the daily adventures of raising four lively children in a home rooted in Christ. Their household is also filled with joyful anticipation as they prepare to welcome a baby boy, due in November 2026, eager for the shared ministry adventures ahead.
