AEP works to coordinate the ministries of member mission agencies in Albania. They are in need of a full time director to oversee the ministry of AEP.

Job Description

Position Focus:  To oversee and coordinate the daily operation and management of the Albanian Encouragement Project (AEP).

AEP Executive Director Ministry Responsibilities:

1. General Administration

   1. Oversees the day to day operations of the AEP office in Tirana.

   2. Delegates administrative and operational responsibilities as necessary.

2. Member Relations

   1. Responds to inquiries concerning AEP membership.

   2. Ensures that the office maintains up-to-date membership information.

   3. Updates emergency contingency plans for the AEP in case of national emergency.

   4. Seeks to provide services that meet AEP member needs.

   5. Responsible to ensure that AEP members abide by the AEP by-laws and statutes.

3. Finances

   1. Responsible for developing and monitoring the AEP annual budget.

4. AEP Member Meetings

   1. Plans and organizes at least one AEP national meeting each calendar year, in consultation with the AEP executive committee.

   2. Plans and organizes at least 2 regional meetings each calendar year, in consultation with the AEP executive committee.

5. AEP Executive Committee

   1. Serves as one of the seven members on the AEP Executive Committee.

6. AEP Public Relations

   1. Actively promotes communication, cooperation, and unity among AEP members.
