Irvin and Mari Penner
After having a memorial service in June in Canada for their daughter Leah, who passed away in a tragic motor vehicle accident, Irvin, Mari & Jaxon have returned to their village, El Cacalote, in Oaxaca, Mexico. Irvin, Mari & Jaxon want to thank you for your prayers and financial support through these dark and devastating past months. The Penner family has begun to return to ministry slowly and with the same objectives and goals before Leah's passing and the four months in Canada.
As Irv and Mari continue to serve their community, they do so with food hampers, Bible studies, baking, English classes, etc.
They have just started receiving teams from other cities in Mexico to serve alongside them and host special community events. Having Mexicans reach Mexicans is one of their goals.
