Carlos and Karen Feijoo
Carlos and Karen Feijoo have been ministering in Quito, Ecuador since 1989 in the area of health care. Carlos as a physician and Karen as a nurse. Current ministry focus is the crisis pregnancy center called Salva Una Vida, which in English translates Save a Life, caring for women facing crisis pregnancies, facilitating post-abortion recovery through biblical healing, caring for women and men who have been victims of sexual abuse and providing sexual and abstinence education for schools and churches. They continue to support the foundation Love of Life, in Carabuela, which encourages under privileged children in that community in the area of school work, nutrition and Christian values. They thank God for this incredible privilege and task of sharing the love of Jesus to so many who are desperate for His love.
Even though their educational backgrounds are medical they are continually being used daily and are thankful for the tool of Biblical counseling to use with the people that God brings into His ministry.
