Marc Randall
Marc is an evangelist working in Zambia. He has a passion for the lost, wanting to see the nation come to Christ. He is involved in:
Training and equipping people in the local church for evangelism. This involves seminars, and practically teaching people about evangelism by taking them out on the street for evangelism and involving them in outreaches.
Open air/field evangelism. Doing field evangelism in rural areas and urban centres. This involves preaching, and showing the Jesus Film.
Street evangelism. Regularly going out on the street for one-on-one evangelism. Training and equipping of local believers and churches to start their own street evangelism ministries.
Discipling of evangelists. Helping young evangelists to fulfill their call to preach the gospel.
Teaching. Equipping people with basic biblical truths to help them grow in their relationship with Jesus with the hope for deeper church growth.
Facilitating translation of discipleship materials. There is a lack of basic discipleship material in the local languages. A current project is translating some well known new-believer discipleship material and making the material available freely for leaders from different denominations. The hope is to better equip church planters and believers for discipleship and follow-up with new believers.
Translation and production of tracts in the local languages for distribution, and also making them available to other leaders/evangelists for mass distribution within the country.
Church planting. Working with locals across the country involved in church planting – going into areas where there are no evangelical churches – preaching the gospel – seeing people respond, and through this planting a new church.
Marc’s hope is that by better training and equipping of local evangelists and believers they would see the gospel spread faster across Zambia and surrounding countries.
