Randall and Jackie Darby
In December of 1992, Randall & Jackie moved from Fort Myers, FL to Guadalajara, Mexico to begin an intense study of the Spanish language. After graduating, they moved directly to Guatemala to fulfill the call of full-time missions. For the next eight years, they directed and facilitated a home for orphaned/ abandoned teenagers. They also served in leadership over many years helping new missionaries with their apprenticeship year and facilitated language learning classes. Through Start With One Global, they network with Guatemalan ministries, in order to ignite passion and empower vision in the lives of leaders, while helping them attain self-sustainable resources which empowers them to reach their communities with the Gospel. God gave the Darby’s a dream to build a ministry base, which is now located just outside of Guatemala City where they host various teams and ministry activities. Randall and Jackie have been married since October 1, 1988 and enjoy their two adult children Caleb, his wife Kassy, and Jenna who were born and raised in Guatemala.
